3D the press on the basis of metal became a part of production of Rowenta
The new line of Rowenta irons is the certificate of, how an ironing принципна for people. Though their latest models of irons were made a molding method under pressure, forms were so difficult that Rowenta used strong processes that them to receive. For the purpose of mass production of difficult strong plastic details of Rowenta it was necessary to rely on conformal cooling. Having created a number of cooling channels in their forms which were very close to hotimy design, Rowenta could create in large quantities more difficult details. But to make such difficult form, first, with certain channels of cooling, they addressed to Hofmann Innovation Group, the company specializing on use of technologies 3D of the press, LaserCUSING from Concept Laser.

Process of LaserCUSING is based on use of powder materials, their agglomeration occurs under the influence of the laser similar to DMLS and SLM, but, on инфы a site LaserCUSING: «LaserCusing the main part of consumed energy in these processes, directs on a powder platform. Thus, the metal material completely melts, including steel, and directly to a meeting completely dense models and components» are formed. Representatives of LaserCUSING say that this process allows to receive products which have more the highest internal force and smaller porosity, in comparison with fruits which turn out when using other technologies of additive production.
Cooperation of Hofmann and Rowenta specifies that though 3D the press is used only on separate steps of a production cycle, nevertheless its contribution is very essential, and it allows to receive those results which could not achieve with introduction of only ordinary methods of production. In a case with Rowenta irons, technologies of ordinary and additive production united together to make the general creation of difficult details by reality.
